Mobile App interface
Home page
Once you are logged in to the Content Manager Mobile App, you will be taken to the default home page, i.e, About. The About page includes information about the version of the Mobile App you are using, the name of the user logged in to the Mobile App, help on Mobile App and the Privacy policy.
You can change and set the page of your choice as home page. See Changing the default home page.
Mobile App main menu
Click the Content Manager Mobile App main menu (
) to get the following menu items:

About - home page that provides information about the Mobile App version, logged in user, help, and privacy policy.

Add new Record - create new record
NOTE: The Add new Record menu item is not available for the Inquiry user.

Search - search record(s) based on search criteria and create new record

Recent Documents - lists the documents you have viewed recently

Recent Containers - lists the containers. Click a container to view all the records in the container.

Downloaded Documents - lists the downloaded documents for offline viewing

Records In - lists all the records in the Content Manager

Favorite Records - lists all your favorite records
-
Records Due - lists all the records that are due

Checked Out Documents - lists the checked out documents for editing

Records In or Due - lists the records that are either in or due

Categories/Classifications - lists all categories/classifications and their sub levels. Click on a particular category/classification, will display its properties. Click Record Details to display all the records associated with the category/classification.

User Labels -list the user labels

Saved Searches - lists all the saved searches associated with records only

To Do Items - lists the to do items
-
Thesaurus terms - lists the thesaurus terms

Schedules - lists all schedules
-
Holds - lists all the holds
-
Jurisdictions - lists all the jurisdictions

Client and Matters - lists the client and matters

Options - allows you to configure menu items and home page, and update service API URL.

Logout - option to log out of Mobile App.
IMPORTANT: The options displayed in the Mobile App menu depends on the permissions given to the user profile.
You cannot toggle/untoggle or rearrange the About, Add new Record, and Search menu items. They are always available on the main menu. However, the rest of the menu items can be toggled/untoggled and rearranged in the main menu. See Changing menu items.
Record list
The list of records displayed when you navigate to menu item, for example Favorite Records, Recent Documents, and so on, is referred as record list in this help file.
Clicking
menu option on a record displays action options - Properties, Add to Favorites or Remove from Favorites, and Share.
For other Mobile App Objects, for example Categories/Classifications, User Labels, To Do Items, and so on, clicking
menu option will display Properties and Add to Favorites action options.
You can sort the record list by Title, Date Registered, or Record Number in an ascending or descending order. See Sorting the record list for details.
