Deleting records

NOTE: No, you cannot delete records from Mobile App. You can only delete records that you have downloaded for offline viewing.

Deleting records from Downloaded Documents

To delete downloaded records for offline viewing, perform the following steps:

  1. From main menu, select Downloaded Documents.

    A list of documents that you have downloaded for offline viewing is displayed.

  2. Click the check box and select the record(s) you want to delete.

  3. Click menu option and then click Delete.
