Working with a document content index

1. Expand Datasets to see the registered Content Manager datasets
2. Right-click a dataset and point to Content Index for the document content index commands:
   • Create IDOL - see Setting up document content indexing and searching
   • Check - see Checking or optimizing a document content index
   • Optimize - see Checking or optimizing a document content index
   • Monitor - displays the Monitor IDOL Server dialog box with the last 25 events that the IDOL Server received
   • Remove - see Removing a document content index
   • Properties - to modify the dataset content index details:
     • IDOL Configuration tab

     See Content Index Properties dialog box.

3. Click OK to save the changes you have made or Cancel to close the dialog without saving your changes
