Scheduling meetings
Content Manager meetings are based on Content Manager Meeting Types, which act like templates.
To schedule a meeting, you must choose a Meeting Type to base the meeting on.
- On the Manage ribbon, select Meetings and then click Meetings.
The Meetings - all list appears.
- Right-click in the list and on the New menu, click
New Meeting.
The New Meeting dialogue box appears.
- Meeting Type - click KwikSelect to select the Meeting Type for this meeting
- Meeting Date - enter date and time for this meeting occurrence
- Invite group members individually - select to invite everyone individually, not as a group
- Click OK.
Content Manager creates the meeting and it appears in the Meetings - <Name> list.
- Click Manage - Meetings - Meeting Types to display the list of Meeting Types
- Right-click the Meeting Type to base the new series of meetings on and
click Schedule.
The Schedule Meetings dialogue box appears.
- Fill in the fields:
- Number of Meetings
- Starting from
- Invite group members individually - select to invite everyone individually, not as a group
- Click OK.
Content Manager creates the meetings and displays them in a list.
If required, you could now change the meetings individually.
