Meetings in Content Manager

A meeting in Content Manager is an actual occurrence of a meeting.

It has specific properties like:

• Date and time
• Participants
• Cutoff date for agenda items
• Agenda and minutes documents
• Other meeting documents

When you are a participant in a meeting, the meeting appears in your list of meetings.

To see the list, on the Search menu, point to Trays, and then click Meetings.

Meetings are based on Meeting Types, which provide their basic properties.
