Generate Index Events

You can use Generate Index Events to update the word indexes, document content indexes, and record disposition triggers for the records that were imported in a particular origin run.

  1. Right-click an origin and click History.
    The Origin Run Histories dialogue box appears with a list of past import runs using that origin.
  2. Right-click the origin run history and click Generate Index Events.
    Content Manager performs indexing on the records in that origin run.
