Business Process search methods
You can search for records by the Actions attached to them.
- From the Search menu, select Find Records
- At the bottom of the dialogue, click the Editor button and make sure that the Boolean search editor is selected
- Click KwikSelect beside the Search By box
- Click the expand symbol to expand Business Process
- Select one of the search methods.
In the space below the list, you can see more detail about the search method.
The column Caption shows the field or data the search method is about, for example:- Activity - lists all records associated with an Activity
- Date Due - searches by Date Due field
- Priority - lists all records with a specified priority.
This is a range search method which enables you to type in a character range to search within.
You can also use KwikSelect to select a priority.
NOTE: Priority is not an indexed field; therefore, searching can be quite slow unless you combine it with other search methods.
- Record Action - to search for records by an attached Action

- To Do Item - to search for records by a specified To Do item
- Workflow - lists all records associated with a specified Workflow
