Attached Contacts shortcut menu

The right-click commands specific to attached Contacts from attached Contacts windows and dialogue boxes:

  • New Contact - attach a new contact to the selected record.

    See Attaching a Contact.

  • Make Primary - turns the selected Contact into the primary Contact. If there is already a primary Contact attached, it will be changed to an Other Contact.

  • Remove Contact - removes the selected Contact.

  • Properties - views the contact details and modify them by using the Details button.

  • Change Location Type - allows users to change the Type of Location - the options are organisation, Person, Position, Group, Project Team, Committee, Venue, Workgroup

    It is also possible to change the Internal flag. This command is supported in tagged mode.

    NOTE: The change to a location are implemented immediately. If you cancel out of the Record Contacts page the changes will not be reverted.
