Browse Via Classifications

The Browse Via Classifications search method is available on the Search menu.

The  Classifications are displayed in the Explorer window format. You can use it to view and navigate through the Classification hierarchy by clicking the expand/collapse icon. To view records attached to a Classification, click the Classification name and the records will be displayed in the list pane.

In the Classifications group, you can, depending on your user permissions:

  • Create new records by right-clicking the selected Classification and then clicking New Record.
  • Create new Classifications by right-clicking a Classification and then clicking New Top Level Item, or New Lower Level Item
