Calendar editor for administrators
Content Manager comes with a calendar, which enables you to nominate days that are not to be used for resubmits, Actions and Workflow Activities.
Modifying the calendar configuration
- On the Administration menu, click System Options and select the Action tab
- Select Calendar
- By default, the current date appears on the calendar:
- Select the Month by clicking the left and right arrows next to the month
- Select the Year by clicking the up or down arrows in the First Year field
- Select a date by clicking it
- Right-click a date and select Toggle Date to nominate it to not to be included. The date will appear bold.
Dates that should be nominated are weekends as well as public holidays.
- Calendar Period
- First Year - Content Manager defaults to the current year as the starting year
- Number of Years - you can extend the coverage of the calendar to as many years as you like from 1 to 100. However, this will increase the time it takes to load the calendar when you start Content Manager. Therefore, it is recommended you retain the default.
Also, when a new year starts, it is recommended you edit the starting year to be the new calendar year.
