This applies to the following properties in addition to the Profile tab of the Location Properties:
- Accept logins for this user, using credentials
- Until Expiry Date
- Security

- Modify Logins And User Profiles - permission to change the login details, security profile or permissions of a user.
If the Location has a login, you need this permission to delete it or make any changes to any of the data in its properties Associations tab, for example, Member Of.
Users with this permission can modify or create logins within the limit of their own security profile.
Users with the additional permission Security and Audit Administrator can also modify user profiles so that they can set another Location to have security/caveats outside their own security limitations.
-
Modify your own user information - this permission allows users to modify their own user information from the Profile option from the File menu (or by double clicking their user name in the Content Manager window). Users that do not have this permission but have Modify Internal Locations or Modify Internal Locations (Limited) will still be able to modify some of their own user information. If a user does not have this permission or either of the Modify Internal Locations permissions they will get a read only view of their profile.
When this permission is enabled, user can also modify their own notes.
