Export XML
The export XML function enables you to export data from Content Manager depending on which function you are currently using.

Content Manager enables you to export the following items from your dataset to an XML file:
- Noise words
- Postal codes
- Thesaurus terms
- Record summaries
- Classifications - you can suppress the export of the Retention Schedules
- Retention Schedules
- Locations
- New Record forms
- Report layouts
- Document formats
- Security breaches
NOTE: The exported XML files produced by Content Manager are best viewed in Microsoft Internet Explorer.
Other browser types may display them incorrectly.
