Completing multiple Actions and Procedures

You can use this function to view or complete single Actions or complete multiple Actions.

You can complete Actions that are steps within a procedure in one process using the following method:

  1. Search for the record with the attached Procedures or Actions you want to complete
  2. Right-click the record and select Workflow - Show Actions/Procedures.

    The Attached Actions/Procedures dialogue box will display all the Actions and procedures attached to the selected record.

  3. Right-click an item and select Complete All.

    Alternatively, open the procedure by clicking its expand symbol.

    This will show all the steps within that procedure.

    Right-click the Action you want to complete and select Complete

  4. Click OK.

    The Action has been marked completed.
