Dragging multiple documents
When you drag multiple documents to the Content Manager window, the Process Documents In Folder dialogue box appears.
The right-click commands for this function:
- Check In - checks in the selected document.
When checking in multiple records using dragging, the Record Type selected for the previous record appears as the default for the next record.
You can use it or select an alternative Record Type for each new record.
- View Document - displays the selected document.
- Remove Document from Document Queue - removes the selected document from the Process Documents in Folder dialogue box and the queue for check-in.
This does not delete the file on the computer.
- Delete Document from Folder - moves the document to Recycle Bin and removes it from the queue for check-in.
- Create Document Queue - to create a permanent document queue - see Creating document queues
- Options - displays the Content Manager Options dialogue box to configure the check in options.
