Removing attached electronic documents

The shortcut menu command Electronic - Remove Document enables you to remove an attached electronic document and all its revisions as they relate to a record.

  1. Search for the record you want to remove the electronic document from
  2. In the search results window, right-click the record and select Electronic - Remove Document.

    The message This task will remove the current revision and all previous revisions. Are you sure you want to continue? appears.

  3. Click Yes to remove the attachment.

    Content Manager removes the electronic document.
