Removing attached electronic documents
The shortcut menu command Electronic - Remove Document enables you to remove an attached electronic document and all its revisions as they relate to a record.
- Search for the record you want to remove the electronic document from
- In the search results window, right-click the record and select Electronic - Remove Document.
The message This task will remove the current revision and all previous revisions. Are you sure you want to continue? appears.
- Click Yes to remove the attachment.
Content Manager removes the electronic document.
