Removing Classifications
You can remove Classifications from the Classification list.
- Right-click the Classification you want to remove and click Delete.
The message Do you wish to remove the Classification <NAME>? appears.
You can also tag multiple Classifications.
- Click Yes.
Content Manager removes the Classification from the list.
NOTE:
- You can remove levels when there are no records attached to it and there are no subordinate levels.
If a level has sublevels and/or records, the message This Classification has lower level plan items and cannot be removed will appear.
- Classifications used by Record Types, i.e. starting Classification - Classifications that have been used as a starting Classification for a Record Type cannot be removed.
The message This Classification has been defined as the starting Classification for one or more Record Types and cannot be removed will appear.
Modify the Record Type first to use a different starting Classification.
