Image

Image enables you to attach an image representing the Location, for example, a photograph.

1. In the Location Properties dialogue box, select the Electronic Addresses tab.
2. Right-click and on the New menu, click Image.

   The New Image dialogue box appears.

   • Image - location of the image file
   • Display Name - the name that will appear for the image
3. Click OK.

   Once you have attached an image to a Location, it will appear in the Location Properties - General tab.

   NOTE:

   • Once you have set the image location, Content Manager will copy that file to the electronic store.
   • When you drag an electronic image onto a Location, Content Manager attaches it to the Location and it appears in the Location properties
