Internal Locations directory
- From the Search menu, click Internal Locations Directory.
Content Manager displays an alphabetical list of internal Locations in the Content Manager dataset with their details.
The internal Locations directory is a pre-defined Location search window.
Users of user type Administrator and users with Location Update access can modify and create new Locations in this window.
- Right-click and select Search - Refine Search
- Select the Filter tab and make any changes you want to apply
- Set as default filters - [Internal Locations Directory] - select to save the filter for future use.
If you do not select this option, the filters will only be applied to the current window.
