Links tab

The options available on the Links tab are:

  • Page Index at the Top - displays an index at the top of each page
  • Page Index at the Bottom - displays an index at the bottom of each page
  • Page Index Size - the page index size
  • Add Link to Publisher's Email address - adds the email address of the staff member publishing the page.

    NOTE: To make the staff email link work at the time of publishing a Web page, email addresses need to be recorded for staff Locations. See Locations and users.

  • Add an External Link - adds an external link (URL) to the page
    • External Link Name - the name of the external link you want to add.

      You can check the spelling by using the spelling checker button at the end of the field.

    • External Link URL - enter the URL of the external link you want to add
  • Image URL - the URL where the image is to have your Web page display a background image.

    The field should contain a URL to an image, not a file on the disk of the person doing the publishing.

    • Display as Watermark - select to display this image as a watermark.

      The background does not scroll up and down with the text of the page. If not selected, then the background moves with the text.
