Location Additional Fields

The Location Additional Field enables you to set up Location types to use in your Content Manager dataset.

Location types define the category of a Location, for example, Organisation, Position, Person etc.

• Locations Internal Or External - use to limit this Additional Field to be used only with either external or internal Locations
• Suitable Location Types - tag the Location types this field can be used for
• Only allow locations that are members of - only allow users to select locations that are a member of the specified location.
• Allow inactive location - when this option is selected, inactive locations are allowed for this location additional field.
• Default Value - set a default value that will appear in the field when it is used for an object.
