Report Bands dialogue box
- In the Content Manager Report Layout window, on the View menu, click Bands to display the available bands.
Most reports are made from a standard set of bands. Content Manager joins these bands together to make the final report.
These bands contain items about records and lists stored in Content Manager.
The contents of each band appear in the Items Available to Add dialogue box.
On the View menu, click Available Items to display it.
- Select a band to display its active elements in the Content Manager Report Layout window.
- ReportHeader - lists items available to place at the top of the report
- PageHeader - lists items available to place on top of the report page before any other text or graphics
- Record - lists items available to place within the report.
The record band items include the common items as well as items specific to records.
Sub-items list the items associated with records.
- Separator - lists items available to place in separator sections of the report's pages
- Continued - lists items available to place on new pages of the report
- PageFooter - lists items available to place at the base of the report's page after all other text and graphics
- ReportFooter - lists items available to place at the end of the report after all other text and graphics
