Options Reporter page

This function enables you to change fonts that appear in Content Manager and in reports generated from Content Manager.

  • Double-click the font to change the default.

Any modification to the font settings will only affect the user who has made the changes.

Content Manager uses standard Windows system fonts.

These fonts have been given representative names - see Default font.

These fonts have been selected for all the Content Manager reports because most computers and printers support them.

If your printer does not support these standard fonts, then you can modify the fonts used by Content Manager to suit your system, for example, if your printer cannot print italics, then switch the font to regular.

NOTE:

  • When you change a font type in a report layout, Content Manager stores it.

When printing a report, Content Manager uses the user's local font settings.

  • You can modify Custom 1 to suit your requirements.

  • Printer Adjustments
    • Horizontal (Points) and Vertical (Points) - make horizontal and vertical adjustments to the printout of your reports.

      See Printing and reports.

This function is provided because printers vary in their printing behaviour, for example, some printers print reports higher up the page than others.

To help overcome this problem, especially if the top or sides of a report are truncated, make the appropriate modifications with this function.

To make any modifications, enter the adjustment number in points.

There are 72 points in an inch.
