Security/Access command

The right-click Security and Audit - Security/Access option enables you to set and modify security levels, caveats and Access Controls for records, as well as Access Controls for Workflows.

It also includes the US DoD security functions, if enabled.

To apply Default Security and Access controls to Record Types or Classifications, use the right-click Default Record Security/Access option.
