Content Manager email administration

This section describes how Content Manager uses email technology.

• Content Manager is mail enabled, therefore making it possible to send the following from Content Manager to email addresses:
  • Record information
  • Action tracking notifications
  • Workflow notifications
  • Security breach notices
  • Near store capacity notices
  • General error notifications.
• Content Manager also provides the ability to check in email as records.
