Workflow templates
Workflow administrators create the Workflow templates for users.
A Workflow template is typically a Workflow that has all its Activities set up with as much detail as possible.
The Workflow template contains the information users may need to complete the Activities that are assigned to them. This may include instructions, timings, and records and documents from Content Manager.
Creating a Workflow template is in fact very similar to creating an ad hoc Workflow; however, regular users of Content Manager would usually not have the permissions to do so.
Workflow templates are also stored in a separate folder in Content Manager to distinguish them from ad hoc Workflows.
You can find all the Workflow templates in Content Manager in the Manage ribbon under the option Workflow Templates.
