Content Manager DataPort Help

Content Manager software enables you to import and export data to and from your Content Manager dataset:

• Importing to Content Manager
  See Import.
• Exporting from Content Manager
  See Export.

Content Manager DataPort is an additional module to Content Manager that you can access from the Content Manager client. On the Administration ribbon, in the Others group, click Import/Export.

You can also use the DataPort application file in the Content Manager install path.

There are two main components of Content Manager DataPort:

• the DataPort Project Editor (TRIMDataPortConfig.exe) - which is used for the creation and editing of DataPort projects and to execute a project against the DataPort engine. See DataPort Project

• the DataPort engine (TRIMDataPort.exe) - processes project files passed to it as a command line parameter and displays progress on a dialog (if required). See DataPort Engine.
