Microsoft 365 dialog box

Right-click a dataset and click Properties, then click the Microsoft 365 tab to see this dialog box.

The settings in this dialog box are used by Content Manager Workgroup Servers to access storage in Microsoft 365, and are necessary for a dataset to support Manage In Place functionality for M365-backed systems such as OneDrive and SharePoint.

• Directory (tenant) ID - Tenant ID of your Microsoft 365 instance. This value should be a GUID.

• Application (client) ID - Application ID of the application in your Microsoft 365 instance, which has been configured with the necessary privileges and scopes, to allow Content Manager to access documents in Microsoft 365 storage (for example OneDrive or SharePoint). This value should be a GUID.

• Set application secret - Set the application secret, as configured in Microsoft 365.

• Application scope - Set the scope value that the application expects. The default value is "https://graph.microsoft.com/.default".

• Test Microsoft 365 connection - Press this to test if Content Manager can connect to Microsoft 365 with the supplied details.
