After creating the dataset

Once you have created your dataset successfully, perform the following tasks:

  1. If you created the dataset using the Migration function, as they were not copied automatically, make copies of the source dataset's
    • document stores
    • document content indexes.

    Configure your new dataset accordingly.

  2. Back up Content Manager dataset, all associated data, document stores, document content indexes etc.
  3. Analyze statistics for the dataset schema
    1. In Content Manager Enterprise Studio, right-click your dataset and from the Schema menu, select Analyze.

      It enables you to analyze the table statistics for the dataset.

    2. Output Log File - the folder to save the output log file in
    3. Click Run to start the process
