Integration options
The options you see are based on the permissions given to your profile in Content Manager by your Administrator.
The following are the available options:
Client side
To access Client side options, on the Channel or Chat, click Content Manager tab.
The following are the available options:

Files - click to view the list of files.
- Search box - click in the box and type in the name of the file and press Enter to search for a file.

Filter - click to filter MS Teams content.

Checked Out Records - select this option to add records from Content Manager to a MS Teams.
- Expose records - select this option to expose records from Content Manager to MS Teams
- Check In - capture the file(s) to Content Manager.
- Open - this option is enabled only if the record is already captured in Content Manager. Click to open in the native application or browser based application.
- Choose a Content Manager database - this option is available only if multiple databases are configured. Click to switch to different database.

Help - click to open the MS Teams integration help file.

Posts - click to view the list of posts or conversations.
- Check In - click to capture post in to Content Manager.

Filter - click to filter MS Teams content.

Include attachment - select this option to display the documents or files shared during the conversation in the post.

Not Include attachment - select this option to not to display the documents or files shared during the conversation in the post.
- Choose a Content Manager database - this option is available only if multiple databases are configured. Click to switch to different database.

Help - click to open the MS Teams integration help file.
Server side
To access Server side options, click More option and select Content Manager app to display the Server side app.
The following are the available options:
NOTE: Options displayed on Server side depends on the user profile and permissions.
- Sites - lists the documents or folders available in MS Teams channel (Teams) or in the document libraries of your SharePoint sites.
- Channels - click to view list of channels. You can capture the channel(s) along with their files and/or posts and apply Check In Style.
- People - click to view the list of users. You can capture the user in Content Manager.
- Check In Places - click to view the list of Check In Places.
- Check In Style - click to view the list of Check In Styles, create new Check In Styles, view property of a Check In Style and delete a Check In Style.
- My files - click to capture files from OneDrive into Content Manager.
- Search - click to search for record(s) based on search criteria, access your favorite records, recently visited documents, checked out documents, records in, and records in or due.
- Content Manager options - select this option to set default Record Type or Check In Style, default language, date format, time zone, and custom skin color
