Viewing record properties

To view record properties, perform the following:

1. You can view record properties of posts and files that are already captured in Content Manager:

   1. Navigate to channel or chat and go to Content Manager > Files or Posts.

      A list of files or posts is displayed.

      If the file or post is already captured in Content Manager a record number is displayed.

   2. Click the record number.

      The record properties are displayed in the task pane. See Properties tab .

2. You can view the properties of the record from the search list using the Search option :

   1. Open server side Content Manager app and click Search.

   2. Search for the record(s) for which you want to view the record properties. You can use filters.

      A list of record(s) is displayed.

   3. Click More option and then click Properties.

      The record properties are displayed in the task pane. See Properties tab .
