Suspending and Resuming Actions

Once an Action or Procedure has been attached to a record, it can be suspended, if required

  1. Search for the record with the attached Action or Procedure you want to modify
  2. Right-click the record and on the Workflow menu, click Show Actions/Procedures.

    The Attached Actions/Procedures dialog box will display all the attached Actions and Procedures.

  3. Right-click the Action you want to put on hold and click Suspend. The Suspend Record Action dialog box is displayed.
  4. Enter the date the Action will be suspended to, and then click OK.

    The Status of the Action will be updated to show it's been suspended until the selected date.

To resume a suspended Action:

  1. Search for the record with the attached Action or Procedure you want to modify
  2. Right-click the record and on the Workflow menu, click Show Actions/Procedures.

    The Attached Actions/Procedures dialog box will display all the attached Actions and Procedures.

  3. Right-click the Action you want to put on hold and click Resume.

    The Status of the Action will be updated and will no longer show it's suspended.
