Options Outlook Integration page

The options available on this page can be set by a user to set up defaults to be used within the Outlook integration, or they can be set up and saved as Global Settings for users to be able to pick up via the Get Global - Content Manager in Outlook configuration option.

• Default check in style for email messages - click the KwikSelect to display the Select from Check In Styles dialogue, select the default Check In Style to be used when an Outlook item is checked into Content Manager.
• Default check in style for email messages in Sent Items - click the KwikSelect to display the Select from Check In Styles dialogue, select the default Check In Style to be used when an Outlook item is checked into Content Manager when it is sent.
• Check in Sent Items by default - select this option to automatically check in an Outlook Item when it is sent.
• Create new revisions for special Outlook Items - select this option to create revisions when non-mail Outlook items are checked into Content Manager again.
