Using search criteria with a Hold
You can enter search criteria for records against a Hold.

The search criteria enables you to automate the process of adding records to a Hold by using an external application based on the Content Manager Software Development Kit (SDK).

However, you can also use the search criteria to make it more easy to add records to a Hold manually:
- Richt-click the Hold and click Run Attached Query.
The Executes the Record search associated with this Hold dialogue box appears:
- Set the saved Search Last Run On to the following
date - select to make the date and time fields
available to enter when the search last ran.
Useful mainly for external applications.
- Edit the query associated with this Hold - select to be able to edit the search criteria manually
- Filter results to only find Records after the following date - select for Content Manager to return only records whose Date Registered is on or after this date
- Set the saved Search Last Run On to the following
date - select to make the date and time fields
available to enter when the search last ran.
- Click OK.
Content Manager returns the records matching your criteria.
