Finding records by Workflow or Workflow Activity

Using these methods, you can, for example:

  • Find records by a Workflow or Workflow Activity they are a part of, if you know it - see below
  • Find all records that are a part of any of a number of Workflows or Workflow Activities - see Business Process search methods
  • Combine criteria like the Workflow or Workflow Activity the records are a part of and the date the record was created - see Business Process search methods
  • Find all records that are part of any Workflow or Workflow Activity - see below
  1. Find the Workflows or Workflow Activities whose records you want to view - see Finding Workflows and Workflow Activities
  2. Select a single Workflow or Workflow Activity, or tag multiple Workflows or Workflow Activities, right-click, and click Show Records.
    Content Manager displays the records that are a part of those Workflows or Workflow Activities.
  1. In the Search pane:
    • For Search For, select Records
    • For Search By, enter workflow or activity
    • For Matching criteria, enter all

  2. Click the button Run the search.
    Content Manager displays all the records that are a part of any Workflow or Workflow Activity.
