Record Type Access Controls page
The Record Type Access Controls page enables you to set the Access Controls for the Record Type.
These will control who has access to the Record Type and what type of access these users have.
NOTE:
The Can Use Access Control allows a user to create new records with the Record Type.
If they do not have the appropriate permission, they will not be able to create records using this Record Type.
You can also access this function from the right-click menu Security and Audit - Security/Access command.
