Using Additional Fields
- You can add the fields to the view pane or list pane.
This enables you to view the Additional Fields and their data.
- You can add or modify field values by using the item right-click Details - Additional Fields command.
- You can also add or modify field values by using the right-click - Properties command.
This displays the New Record form for you to modify the Additional Fields, if they have been included on the form by the Content Manager administrator.
Including fields on New Record forms is a straightforward process.
If the number of fields is significant, a user of user type Administrator can build additional pages for the forms.
NOTE: Tagged Records - when you have tagged multiple records belonging to different Record Types, Content Manager will modify only those records in Record Types that have the Additional Field activated.
