Security commands on the Security and Audit menu

Right-click a record and point to Security and Audit for these commands relevant to security:

Security/Access - to modify the security classification, supplemental marking and Access Control settings of a record, or modify the Access Controls for Content Manager objects such as Classifications, Record Types, Locations, etc.
Default Record Security/Access - available on Record Types and Classifications - modify the default record Security and Access Controls that will be applied to all records created using the object type.
Exclusions - available on records only - specify a list of Locations that cannot access the selected record.
Copy Security/Access From - copy the security/access control settings from another Content Manager object of the same type being modified.
View Rights - displays the security and Access Controls set for the selected item, generic permissions for the current user and allowed tasks for the selected item.
Active Audit Events - to view where a record has been , i.e. its movement history, as well as modifications and security breaches for the record.
