Census properties

You can view the results of the census in the Census window by adding the columns for the data you want to view.

See Customising the list pane for further details about modifying the column displayed.

  1. You can also view these details, for example, a list of the records tracked during the census, by right-clicking the census item and selecting Properties.
    • Records at Start - record count when setting up the census
    • Records at End - record count at completion of census
    • Records not Marked - records that have not been relocated during the census period
  • Calculate the following:

    Records at start (RSTART) minus records not marked (RNOTMARK) plus records relocated (RRELOC) equals records at the end (REND).

    In short: RSTART-RNOTMARK+RRELOC=REND

    Records relocated - but not the ones that were relocated within sub-organisation of the organisation censused

  • To find out which file you moved from sub-organisations to Organisations, carry out the following search:

    Assignee <Organisation> AND previous Location sub-organisation, dates 1/1/1900 to Today AND Last Movement Date - enter the date range of your census.
