Modifying Client Location record titles
- Search for the record whose title you want to modify
- Right-click the record and select Properties.
The Properties dialogue box appears.
- Delete what is in the Client Location field and click KwikSelect.
This will display all the available Locations in the Locations dialogue box.

Click KwikSelect to display the Locations dialogue box and then click Search or right-click Search - Refine Search to find the Location you want to use. - Modify the Title (Free Text Part) component, if necessary
- Click OK to save and index the changes
NOTE: Changing a Location name will not change any records created using the Location as the Client title.
The change will however be reflected in the Properties dialogue box of the record, but not in the title in the view or list panes.
Searching by client Contact with the new Location name will find the record.
Changing these records manually:
- Find the record(s) created using the Location
- Right-click one of the records and select Properties
- In the Client field, delete the Location and then KwikSelect to choose the modified Location.
- Click OK to save the change.
The record title will change accordingly and will now show the correct Location.
