Communication navigation options

The navigation options for communications:

• Right-click a record, select Communications - Show Communications to view all its communications
• Right-click a communication and select Show Locations to show the Locations involved

• Right-click a Location and on the Show menu, click Show Communications to show all communications where it was a sender or a recipient.

  In the view pane, the Record field shows the number of the records the communication is associated with.
