Report General tab

The General tab enables you to set the type of report, the report name, default printer and print tray for the report.

  1. On the Home - Layouts - Report dialogue box, right-click the report whose printer defaults you want to set and click Properties - General tab.
    • Type - the type of report.

      The default is Record.

      NOTE: Once a report layout has been created, the type cannot be modified.

    • Report Name - the name of the report
    • New Page For Each Object - sets the report to print data on a new page per object
    • Default Printer - the default printer for the selected report.

      The printers listed when you select the drop-down list are the printers set up on the computer.

    • Default Tray - the default printer tray to use when printing this report
  2. Click OK.
