Report General tab
The General tab enables you to set the type of report, the report name, default printer and print tray for the report.
- On the Home - Layouts - Report dialogue box, right-click the report whose printer defaults you want to set and click Properties - General tab.
- Type - the type of report.
The default is Record.
NOTE: Once a report layout has been created, the type cannot be modified.
- Report Name - the name of the report
- New Page For Each Object - sets the report to print data on a new page per object
- Default Printer - the default printer for the selected report.
The printers listed when you select the drop-down list are the printers set up on the computer.
- Default Tray - the default printer tray to use when printing this report
- Type - the type of report.
- Click OK.
