Copying Web publisher layouts

You can copy Web publisher layouts by exporting and importing an existing layout:

1. On the Home - Layouts ribbon, click Web Publisher
2. Right-click the layout you want to copy and click Properties
3. Click Export
4. Choose the folder and file name you want to save the exported layout as
5. Click Cancel to close the layout dialogue box
6. In the Web publisher list, right-click and click New Web Publisher Layout
7. Click Import
8. Rename the layout - you cannot have two layouts with the same name
9. Modify the layout
10. Click OK
