Creating Workflow template Activities
Once you have set the Workflow template properties, you need to create and configure the individual template Activities.
NOTE: Workflow template Activity status indicator icons - to avoid confusion when creating new Workflow template Activities, the status indicator icons for templates 
are different from those for Workflows.
- Open the Workflow template in the editor.
- Double-click the window to create a new template Activity or, from the Activity menu, select Add an Activity.
NOTE: To search for a Workflow Template Activity option, on the Workflow Template Activity dialogue box, click in the Search field and type in a word or phrase that is in the option's caption. The list of Workflow Template Activity pages will reload to display the pages that have an option that contains the searched word(s). Click on the displayed pages to find the required option. To reset the pages back to the default list, click the Clear button in the search field.
The new template Activity appears:
- Workflow template Activity General page
- Workflow template Activity Start Conditions page
- Workflow template Activity Results page
- Workflow template Activity Authorisations page
- Workflow template Activity Documents page
- Workflow template Activity Escalations page
- Worfklow template Activity Email Recipients page
- Workflow template Activity Options page
- Workflow template Activity Notes page
- Once you have set the properties for the template Activity, repeat for as many Activity steps as you need in this Workflow template
