Importing and exporting Workflows and Workflow templates

  1. Create a new Workflow or Workflow template
  2. Open the Workflow or Workflow template in the Workflow editor.

    TIP: Importing a Workflow or template will overwrite the Workflow/template that is open in the editor.

  3. From the File menu, select Import.

    Content Manager warns you about overwriting the current Workflow/template.

  4. Select the file you want to import and click OK.

    It has to be a Content Manager Workflow template file (*.twt) or Content Manager Workflow file (*.twf).

    Content Manager imports and displays the file you have selected.

  5. Make changes to the imported template as required
  6. Use Save or Save As to save your changes
  1. Open the Workflow or Workflow template in the Workflow editor
  2. From the File menu, select Export
  3. Name the file, select a location, click Save
  4. Content Manager exports the Workflow/template and you return to the Workflow editor
