Modifying Actions
- On the Manage ribbon, click Actions
- Right-click the Action you want to modify and click Properties.
You can modify:
- Action Name - usually a brief description of the task. This can be up to 100 characters.
- Days - the number of days it will take to do the Action
- Hours - the number of hours it will take to do the Action
- Minutes - the number of minutes it will take to do the Action
- Cost - how much it will cost to do the Action
- Responsible Location - the Location who will normally be responsible for the Action.
Use KwikSelect to list existing Locations.
If you leave this option blank, Content Manager will prompt you to enter the Location responsible when this Action is attached to a record.
- Action can be attached to a Record - select for users to be able to apply the Action to a record or when it is an Action that you want to turn into a Procedure.
You may want to leave it clear if the Action will only form part of a Procedure.
- Click OK.
Content Manager saves your changes to the Action.
