Modifying Workflow Activity boxes and lines

1. Hold CTRL or SHIFT and click the boxes one after the other.

   -- or --

   click in a blank area, hold and drag a selection area around the boxes you want to select.

   The primary box shows solid black handles. Content Manager will use its properties for the functions below.

   To deselect, click in the blank area.

1. Use the right-click commands:
   • Outline - reduces selected Activity boxes to their title bar, if selected
   • Make Same Size - makes both or all Activities selected the same size as the first one you selected.

     Choose from:

     • Width
     • Height
     • Both
   • Align Activities - chose how to align the Activities on the page.

     Choose to align the boxes':

     • Lefts
     • Centres
     • Rights
     • Tops
     • Middles
     • Bottoms
   • You can undo these modifications by using Edit - Undo

     TIP: To change an Activity's position in the Workflow editor, click and drag the Activity box.

1. Select a line.

   Its handles appear.

2. Click and drag one of its handles to move it
3. Right-click a line for the options:
   • Auto Position Line - selected by default.

     The line will automatically re-position itself when you move one of the Activities it is connected to.

   • Delete - deletes the line
   • Properties - displays the Depends on the completion of ... with ......Result window of the next Activity
     • Depends on the following Activity - select from the drop-down box
     • Having the following Result - select from the drop-down box
