Modifying attached security level, caveats and Access Controls
Once an Access Control has been applied to an object, you can modify it:
- Search for the record.
- Right-click the record and on the Security and Audit menu, click Security/Access.
The Security and Access Policy dialogue box appears.
If you have tagged multiple records, see Modifying multiple items.
The record Security and Access Policy dialogue box and the Record Type Default Record Access dialogue box contain the same basic options.
However, the record Security and Access Policy dialogue box also contains the option Container, which enables you to set the record's Access Controls to be based on its container.

When the option Administration - System Options - Features page - Classified Security is selected, the Security/Access dialogue displays a number of tabs related to the US DoD 5015.2 Chapter 4 classified security standard.
