Removing Actions or Procedures from records

  1. Search for the record you want to remove the attached Actions or Procedures from
  2. Right-click and on the Workflow menu, click Show Actions/Procedures.

    The Attached Actions/Procedures dialogue box appears.

  3. Tag the actions/procedures to be removed, or select a action/procedure, right-click and click Delete.

    Content Manager removes the selected Action or Procedure from the record.

Removing multiple record actions

  1. Search for the record actions using the Record Actions object type.
  2. Tag the Record Actions to be removed, right-click and click Delete.
  3. On the Delete Record Action dialogue box, confirm the deletion of multiple rows.
  4. On the Delete Record Action - All tagged Record Actions dialogue box, click Yes to process each action individually or Yes to All to delete all the items.

The selected Record Actions will be deleted from the records.
