Setting the lower level Classification numbering pattern

  1. Right-click the Classification to add the new child Classification under and select Properties.

  2. Select the Numbering tab and select Allow creation of new lower levels of this Classification.

    See Classification Numbering page.

  3. In the Numbering of subordinate levels of this Classification section, type the pattern for the new subordinate (child) Classification
  4. Click OK
  1. From the Classification's Properties dialogue box, select the Numbering tab and click KwikSelect beside the Start Numbering After field.

    The Enter Formatted Number or Confirm Number dialogue box appears.

  2. Type the starting number according to the numbering pattern.

    Content Manager will number all subsequently created subordinate Classifications with numbers starting after the number you typed.
