Setting up Outlook to display the Content Manager record number

You can set up Outlook to display the Content Manager record number of the checked in email:

  1. In Outlook, select the folder you want to add the Content Manager record number column to.
  2. Right-click the column headers.
  3. Select Customise Current View - Fields
  4. Under Select available fields from, use the drop-down list and select User-defined fields in folder.

    Content Manager Record Number appears.

  5. Select the item you want to add and click Add
  6. Move it to the position you want.
  7. Click OK to close the Fields dialogue box
  8. Click OK again to close the View dialogue box.

The column Content Manager Record Number appears only for the folder you selected.
